RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
Our policy lasts 14 days of the item being delivered to your delivery address. Items past the deadline of 14 days starting from the date of delivery to your delivery address will not be considered for refund or exchange.
We at RoCHIC strive to assure that we provide customers with the best products and customer service experience. Though we check each item before we ship, mistakes happen. In the event that items are defective or damaged, please contact our customer service representatives using the form below and they will get back to you as soon as possible.
Please do not send items without confirmation from RoCHIC.
All sale items are final cannot be returned or exchanged for refunds or store credit.
When promotional discounts are applied to an item, in the event of a return, you will not be refunded the discounted proportion. Additionally, any complimentary promotional gift given with an order along with all packaging must also be returned if returning goods to which the gift and packaging is related.
RoCHIC will refund or exchange, at our sole discretion, item in its original condition.
Item must be unused, in its original packaging, have all tags attached, and in same condition that you received it. We do not accept items that have been scratched, damaged, or do not have tags attached. RoCHIC reserves the right to consider the condition of the goods being returned before deciding to make a refund or exchange.
To initiate your return, please submit a return/exchange request using the form provided below. Do not send your item before our customer service team has responded to you, accepting the return. Please make sure that you fill in your first and last name, email address where we can contact you, and a valid phone number. Furthermore, please headline the form with "Return" or "Exchange" and provide the following:

RoCHIC recommends opting for store credits as it can immediately be processed, sent via email, and applied towards another item of your choosing. Credit refunds vary depending on the bank in question.
In any event, RoCHIC does not provide cash refunds.
Please do not ship items before our our customer service representatives have responded to you. Goods that are shipped before customer service is contacted will create additional problems, delays, and may not be considered for refunds. RoCHIC is not responsible for the loss of any items shipped without confirmation from customer service representatives.
The customer is responsible for paying for return shipping costs. Return shipping costs will not be reimbursed. If you receive store credit/refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
As most of our items are of high value, please use reputable shipping companies that provide tracking and insurance. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Our preferred courier is FedEx.
RoCHIC is not responsible for any item lost or stolen during return shipping. We will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged return item and we reserve the right to charge you for any such lost or damaged item.
Depending on where your shipping address, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. For most of the world, it will take 2-3 days using our standard FedEx courier.
If you refuse delivery of an order, the package will be returned to us and you will receive a refund for the merchandise but shipping charges, duties, taxes, and customs charges that are incurred on the package will be deducted from your refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/store credit.
If you have opted for store credit and get approved we will immediately send you a code for store credit to the email address provided.
If you have opted for a refund and get approved - your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The time it takes for the credit to the original method of payment may vary depending on the bank in question.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
